Are the prices in the Clever Classroom store cheaper than your ebay store?
- Yes, the prices in the Clever Classroom online store are mauch cheaper and delivery is free too. Ebay have many fees which push up the selling price. You will save by shopping in our online store. As an example, to Massive Clever Classroom Organisation CD, Grand Grade One CD, Clever Kindy CD and the Clever Preschool Teachers CD are all $32.50 if purchased here and $37.50 on ebay. You can also pay via credit card in our online store.
Can I pick up my order?
- Yes, orders can be picked up for local customers in the Sydney metropolitan area. Please select the contact us option for address details.
Can I visit Mrs. Farrell's Clever Classroom?
- All customers are very welcome to visit our home where all teaching resources are made.
- Customers have two choices; either visit on weekdays or weekends by appointment.
- Or visit from 1-6pm on the first Friday of each month where the doors are open for you to have a hands-on shopping experience. Not to mention you will receive a 10% discount on all orders.
Do you do digital downloads?
- At the moment Clever Classroom does not sell digital items. However, we aim to before the end of this year. Alternatively, you can contact me with a list or files you are after and they will be sent digitally as email attachments.
Do you sell to schools? Do you visit schools?
- Clever Classroom welcomes school orders. Every school and its committees have a budget and Clever Classroom will help you to get both great value and quality for your money. We have an ABN and a tax receipt will be supplied. We also do bulk orders for one or a number of resources in store.
- If you would like Clever Classroom to visit your school and you are in South or South Western Sydney please contact me to organise a staffroom visit.
How long should I allow for a custom order?
- I usually have a few custom orders going at any one time. To allow ample time for delivery please allow up to 6 days. For the design this will be negotiable depending on the size of the order. Smaller orders allow approximately 3-5 days and larger orders 7-10 days. Different times of the year are busier so please email me at emma@cleverclassroom.com.au as I will aim to fit you in.

What does adobe mean and where can I get a copy?
- Adobe is a program which reads and writes files. All Clever Classroom CD products are in adobe format. You will need at least adobe 6 to open and read the files. Here is a link to a free version http://www.adobe.com/au/ Or Google ‘free adobe reader’.
What does BLM stand for?
- BLM is an acronym for Black Line Masters. Which means a BLM is reproducible as it is black and white text for photocopying. These are often used by teachers and are photocopied for the classroom as worksheets or stencils.
- Clever Classroom makes BLM's for themes such as natural disaters, the farm, the family, reading, text types , maths BLM and loads more. We sell BLM's as bound books and as PDF files on CD.
What payment methods does Clever Classroom accept?
- Clever Classroom accepts Paypal, credit card and direct bank deposit.
- If you're paying via direct bank deposit please leave your first and last name as a reference. You will need to allow around 1-2 business days for a confirmed payment and an email will be sent to you. Our bank details will be made availble on your invoice in check out.

Why can’t the CD products come as word for me to modify?
Clever Classroom produces its CD products as adobe PDF files for 2 reasons:
- To maintain the originality of each file and its uniqueness to Clever Classroom. When files are transferred to CD on word they tend to jump around. As Clever Classroom produces hundreds of CD’s each month we would need to alter each and every CD, taking potentially hours.
- If you would like your products customised send Emma a message via our Customer Orders form. We can alter files to contain individual names, labels or headings. Again this will be presented in PDF format.
